When Skiing Goes Down Hill

There are two types of Colorado natives. Those that can’t ski enough in the winter, and those that never enjoy the slopes. Sadly, I am the later. My last day skiing was in High School when my boyfriend and his friends literally kidnapped me from my bed in the early hours of the morning and spent the day laughing at me as I fell over and over wearing gear to big for me and ski’s to long. The next day, I could barley walk, and had a collation of bumps and bruises, Thus determined skiing wasn’t for me.

Still, I love the mountains in winter. My happy place is chilling at the cabin baking cookies and drinking hot coco with a good book.

To insure all riders have a great day on the mountain, Colorado Ski Country strongly encourages everyone follow the Responsibility Code.

Have the best time! Please, let me know if you need a ride, help booking a lift ticket, or tracking down rental gear.
